
a little coconut dresses up any occasion. i let them set up in the fridge after rolling, and they are exceedingly toothsome. (though you will REALLY want to brush your teeth afterwards...) now i want to figure out a way to make pink marshmallow brains in a whole food, vegan, healthy kind of way. fat chance, i know. but i already figured out how to make pink coconut!
